King Hup Motors Sdn Bhd was originally established in 1978 in the beautiful city of Ipoh (Perak’s capital city) by the late Mr.Tan Back Lai.
Mr.Tan and his brothers were pioneers and experts in Mercedes Benz vehicle repair.
This gave Mr.Tan an edge over others when Mercedes Benz Malaysia was searching for a stockist to meet with their development strategy plan. King Hup Motors was selected and awarded as a Mercedes Benz Authorised Stockist since 1978 and is currently one of the longest serving Mercedez Benz Authorised Stockist in Malaysia.
Throughout the years in the Automotive spare parts industry, King Hup Motors had successfully obtained authorised dealership for a wide variety of quality-trusted original and OEM brands, such as – Bosch Automotive Aftermarket Division, ZF, Elring, Meyle, Febi, Bilstein, Sachs, Lemfoerder, INA and many more.
